Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nasadka opakowan wyrobów kosmetycznych i chemii gospodarczej. Nasadka moze byc stosowana równiez jako wyposazenie opakowan jednostkowych wyrobów o innym przeznaczeniu, miedzy innymi srodków farmaceutycznych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów oraz material. Nasadka opakowan wyrobów kosmetycznych i chemii gospodarczej, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest przeznaczona do wytwarzania w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy z tworzyw sztucznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na rysunku, na którym: fig. 1 – przedstawia nasadke w widoku ogólnym w stanie zamknietym, fig. 2 – prezentuje nasadke w widoku z góry w stanie otwartym, natomiast fig. 3 – uwidacznia nasadke opakowan w stanie otwartym, w przekroju poprzecznym. Przedmiot wzoru zostal zaprezentowany takze na fotografii, fig. 4 – uwidaczniajacej nasadke w widoku ogólnym w stanie otwartym. The cap can also be used as a component for individual packaging of products for other purposes, including pharmaceuticals. The essence of the design is the new and unique form of the product, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, and materials. According to the industrial design, the cap for cosmetic and household chemicals packaging is intended for industrial or handicraft manufacture from plastics. The industrial design is presented in the drawing, in which: Fig. 1 shows the cap in a general view in the closed state; Fig. 2 shows the cap in a top view in the open state; and Fig. 3 shows the cap in the open state, in cross-section. The subject of the design is also presented in the photograph, fig. 4 – showing the cap in a general view in the open state. Essential features of the industrial design The essential features of the industrial design presented in the attached drawing, fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3 and in the photograph, fig. 4, include that the cap of the packaging of cosmetic products and household chemicals has a lower part 1 shaped in the form of a cylinder, closed at the top by a horizontal wall 2, with an opening 3 in the middle, surrounded by a circumferential convexity 4. In the horizontal wall 2 of the lower part 1, on part of the circumference, a step 5 is made, and on the remaining part of the circumference, projections 6 are arranged on the sides. A hinged flap 7 is attached to the cylindrical part 1 by means of a tie rod 8. The hinged flap 7 has a projection 9 in the middle in the shape of a cylinder with a diameter corresponding to the diameter of the opening 3. in the horizontal wall 2, and on the circumference a convexity 10. After closing both parts of the cap, a gap 11 is created between the upper surface of the hinged flap 7 and the cylindrical part 1.
