Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nasadka flakonu wyrobów perfumeryjnych. Nasadka moze byc przydatna równiez jako element zdobniczy opakowan jednostkowych innych towarów, ta- kich jak wyroby kosmetyczne, wyroby chemii gospodarczej oraz produkty farmaceutyczne. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów oraz material. Nasadka flakonu, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest przeznaczona do wytwarzania w spo- sób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy z tworzyw sztucznych lub ze szkla. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zilustrowany na zalaczonej fotografii, na której fig. 1 - przedstawia nasadke w widoku z góry, natomiast fig. 2 - prezentuje nasadke w widoku ogólnym z boku i od spodu. The cap may also be useful as a decorative element for individual packaging of other goods, such as cosmetics, household chemicals, and pharmaceuticals. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, and materials. According to the industrial design, the bottle cap is intended for industrial or handicraft manufacture from plastic or glass. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached photograph, in which Fig. 1 shows the cap from above, while Fig. 2 shows the cap from a general side and bottom view. Significant features of the industrial design presented in the attached photographs, Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, include that the perfume bottle cap is shaped as a flattened, rectangular, transparent block with a recess inside. The recess inside has a circular outline and is a closed opening at the top, the diameter of which is enlarged at the mouth, creating a characteristic recess.
