Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez ksztalt, forme, uklad linii, strukture powierzchni oraz material wytworu. Biokominek moze byc wytworzony w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy z kamienia, zarówno naturalnego jak i sztucznego, a takze z tworzyw sztucznych, oraz z metalu i szkla. Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4 i Fig. 5 przedstawiono postac biokominka. W górnej sciance wykonany jest dotykowy panel sterowniczy, w postaci symboli wygrawerowanych w jej powierzchni. Biokominek jest zrobiony z materialu o gladkiej powierzchni, polerowanego kamienia i o lustrzanym polysku. Material wytworu stylizuje kamienna strukture pisakowa. The essence of the design is a new and individually characterful form of the product, given to it by the shape, form, line layout, surface structure and material of the product. The bio-fireplace can be manufactured industrially or by hand from stone, both natural and artificial, as well as from plastics, and from metal and glass. The subject of the design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4 and Fig. 5 show the form of the bio-fireplace. Essential features of the industrial design The essential features of the industrial design presented in illustrations Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4 and Fig. 5 include that the bio-fireplace has a shape similar to a cube. The upper wall is equipped with a quadrangular basin in the middle, in which an opening is made. A burner is mounted in the opening. A touch control panel is made in the upper wall, in the form of symbols engraved in its surface. The bio-fireplace is made of a material with a smooth surface, polished stone and a mirror shine.
