Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest swieca, znajdujaca zastosowanie jako element dekoracyjny pomieszczen mieszkalnych, lokali gastronomicznych i biurowych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez ksztalt, forme, uklad linii, strukture powierzchni oraz material wytworu. Swieca moze byc wytworzona w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy z materialów naturalnych i syntetycznych, w szczególnosci z wosku naturalnego lub sztucznego. The essence of the design is a new and unique appearance of the product, given to it by the shape, form, line arrangement, surface structure, and material of the product. A candle may be manufactured industrially or by hand from natural or synthetic materials, in particular natural or artificial wax. The subject of the design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the candle from the side, variant 1, while Fig. 2 shows the candle from the side, variant 2, and Fig. 3 shows the candle from the side, variant 3. Significant features of the industrial design The significant features of the industrial design, variant 1, shown in Fig. 1, include that the candle's shape resembles a gear wheel. The candle has the shape of a cylinder, equipped with longitudinally arranged diagonal projections. The upper surface of the candle has a circular protrusion, in the center of which is the wick. The surface of the candle is rough and shiny. The essential features of industrial design variant 2, shown in Fig. 2, include that the candle's shape is reminiscent of a gear wheel. The candle has the shape of a cylinder, with longitudinally spaced vertical projections at its base. The upper surface of the candle features a circular protrusion, centered on the wick.
