The design in the second variation, the essential features of which are presented in the description below and in Figures 3 and 4, is a container with a white background surface, marked with the applicant's trademark (logo): "ice-mastry DŁUGA TRADYCJA" (Long Tradition), and black inscriptions reading: "INNE," "LODOWE KU- LECZKI," "ICE DROPS," "MALINA," and "By Ice-Mastry." The graphic design of the side surface of the container, on a white background, includes images of pink and light pink raspberries, and a fragment of pink and light pink ice cream and ice balls with white spots.
