PL 25140 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik na lody, ze stylizowanymi napisami i rysunkami na powierzchni, przeznaczony na opakowanie lodów spozywczych. Nowy i oryginalny charakter wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ksztalcie i barwie pojemnika oraz w kolorowej szacie graficznej na powierzchni pojemnika, zawierajacej kompozycje stylizowanych elementów slownych i graficznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej barwnej ilustracji, na której fig. 1a przedstawia w odmianie pierwszej ksztalt, barwy i szate graficzna powierzchni zamknietego pojemnika w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 1b – w odmianie pierwszej szate graficzna powierzchni wieka pojemnika, fig. 2a – w odmianie drugiej ksztalt, barwy i szate graficzna powierzchni zamknietego pojemnika w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2b –- w odmianie drugiej szate graficzna powierzchni wieka pojemnika, fig. 3a – w odmianie trzeciej ksztalt, barwy i szate graficzna powierzchni zamknietego pojemnika w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 3b – w odmianie trzeciej szate graficzna powierzchni wieka pojemnika, fig. 4a – w odmianie czwartej ksztalt, barwy i szate graficzna powierzchni zamknietego pojemnika w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 4b – w odmianie czwartej szate graficzna powierzchni wieka pojemnika, fig. 5a – w odmianie piatej ksztalt, barwy i szate graficzna powierzchni zamknietego pojemnika w widoku perspektywicznym a fig. 5b – w odmianie piatej szate graficzna powierzchni wieka pojemnika. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony takze na zalaczonej barwnej ilustracji zbiorczej, przedstawiajacej w widoku perspektywicznym zamkniete pojemniki, jak na fig. 1a, fig. 2a, fig. 3a. fig. 4a i fig. 5a. Jak uwidoczniono na rysunku, do istotnych cech wzoru przemyslowego nalezy pojemnik o czarnej i czesciowo szarej barwie powierzchni, zamkniety wiekiem, który w widoku czolowym ma ksztalt zblizony do prostokata z zaokraglonymi narozami. Obrzeze wieka jest zaokraglone i zachodzi szczelnie na odpowiednie zgrubienie górnego obrzeza pojemnika. W jednym z zaokraglonych narozy jest zespól konstrukcyjny w postaci plomby, zabezpieczajacy pojemnik przed przypadkowym otwarciem. Scianka boczna pojemnika jest pochylona wzgledem wieka i denka pojemnika. Szata slowno-graficzna pojemnika i wieka pojemnika zawiera rysunki kulek lodowych, stylizowane napisy „GARDEN Party" oraz logo zglaszajacego. The new and original nature of the industrial design is manifested in the shape and color of the container and in the colorful graphic design on the surface of the container, containing a composition of stylized verbal and graphic elements. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached colour illustration, in which fig. 1a shows, in the first variant, the shape, colours and graphic design of the surface of a closed container in a perspective view, fig. 1b – in the first variant, the graphic design of the surface of the container lid, fig. 2a – in the second variant, the shape, colours and graphic design of the surface of a closed container in a perspective view, fig. 2b – in the second variant, the graphic design of the surface of the container lid, fig. 3a – in the third variant, the shape, colours and graphic design of the surface of a closed container in a perspective view, fig. 3b – in the third variant, the graphic design of the surface of the container lid, fig. 4a – in the fourth variant, the shape, colours and graphic design of the surface of a closed container in a perspective view, fig. 4b – in the fourth variant, the graphic design of the surface of the container lid, fig. 5a – in the fifth variant the shape, colours and graphic design of the surface of the closed container in a perspective view and fig. 5b – in the fifth variant the graphic design of the surface of the container lid. The subject of the industrial design is also shown in the attached coloured collective illustration, presenting closed containers in a perspective view, as in fig. 1a, fig. 2a, fig. 3a, fig. 4a and fig. 5a. As shown in the drawing, the essential features of the industrial design include a container with a black and partly grey surface colour, closed with a lid, which in a frontal view has a shape close to a rectangle with rounded corners. The rim of the lid is rounded and tightly overlaps the appropriate thickening of the upper rim of the container. In one of the rounded corners there is a construction assembly in the form of a seal, securing the container against accidental opening. The side wall of the container is inclined in relation to the lid and the bottom of the container. The verbal and graphic design of the container and the lid of the container contains drawings of ice balls, stylized inscriptions "GARDEN Party" and the logo of the applicant.
