Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy, dwupunktowy wykonany ze stopu typu „znal" stosowany jako wyposazenie drzwi, drzwiczek i szuflad elementów meblowych. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie, zwlaszcza w ksztalcie i usytuowaniu obu jego stopek. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym oraz na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt meblowy w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku od spodu, a fig. 4 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z boku. Uchwyt meblowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego wykonany ze stopu typu „znal" stanowi monolityczna profilowa bryla utworzona z jego czesci chwytowej zakonczonej obustronnie odsadzonymi od niej dwoma identycznymi stopkami, polaczonymi z nia od wewnatrz promieniami. The new and original form of the industrial design is reflected in its shape, especially in the shape and positioning of both of its feet. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations and in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the furniture handle in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the same handle in a front view, Fig. 3 - the same handle in a bottom view, and Fig. 4 - the same handle in a side view. The furniture handle according to the industrial design, made of a "zan" alloy, is a monolithic profiled block formed by its gripping part terminated on both sides by two identical feet offset from it, connected to it from the inside by radii. Both the grip section, located between the two lower radii, with a height of approximately 1/3 of the handle's height, and its feet, when viewed from the side, resemble equilateral trapezoids, with their common upper side being semicircularly rounded. The lower flat surfaces of both rectangular feet are provided with threaded mounting holes, and their width is wider than the width of the lower flat surface of the grip section. Furthermore, the outer and inner side surfaces of both feet are positioned at different obtuse angles relative to the axis of the upper semicircular surface of this handle and to the lower flat surface of its grip section.
