PL 25735 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy dwupunktowy, przeznaczony do otwierania i zamykania drzwi oraz szuflad meblowych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac wytworu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, co nadaje mu nowy oryginalny wyglad, oraz podnosi jego walory estetyczne. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 – przedstawia rysunek uchwytu meblowego w widoku perspektywicznym od strony górnej prawej, fig. 2 – rysunek uchwytu w widoku od strony dolnej, fig. 3 – polowe uchwytu widoczna od strony czolowej i fig. 4 – poprzeczny przekrój uchwytu. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the product, manifested in its shape, which gives it a new, original appearance and enhances its aesthetic value. The industrial design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the furniture handle from the top right, Fig. 2 shows a view of the handle from the bottom, Fig. 3 shows half of the handle from the front, and Fig. 4 shows a cross-section of the handle. The two-point furniture handle has a shape similar to an isosceles U-shaped profile with short arms. The handle has a distinct gripping section and two feet. The gripping section, also made in the shape of a U-shaped profile, is several times shorter than the feet. The grip section and feet form a single, inseparable unit. The feet, shaped like rectangular tubes, have sockets on their central walls designed to accommodate screws securing the handle to the furniture, while the front exterior of the handle is equipped with two protrusions imitating the heads of the screws securing the handle to the furniture. The two-point furniture handle's distinctive industrial design features a general shape similar to an isosceles C-profile with short arms. The handle comprises a grip section and two feet. The grip section, also shaped like a C-profile, is several times shorter in height than the feet. The grip section and feet form a single, inseparable unit. The feet, in the shape of a rectangular tube, have sockets at the middle walls intended for mounting screws that fasten the handle to the furniture, while the front outer side of the handle is equipped with two protrusions imitating the heads of screws that fasten the handle to the furniture, as shown in the attached illustration from fig. 1 to 4.
