Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii oraz barwie, nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtworzenia. Ksztalt postaci nawiazuje do instrumentów strunowych, takich jak kontrabas czy gitara basowa. Pacynka posiada tulów, cztery konczyny oraz glowe. Postac posiada wypukle oczy, naszyte badz wyhaftowane usta, uszy, kapelusz, muszke oraz naszyte pionowe linie nawiazujace do formy strun w instrumentach. Pacynka ma wewnatrz przestrzen, do której po wlozeniu reki mozna kierowac cala pacynka, w szczególnosci jej górnymi konczynami i glowa. The essential features of the industrial design include a new and original form of the object, manifested in the shape, arrangement of lines, and color, suitable for multiple reproduction. The industrial design is shown in a general view in the attached photographs. Photo 1 shows a general view of the puppet. Photo 2 shows a general view from the profile. The industrial design is characterized by the representation of a blue puppet resembling a cat or other animal. The shape of the figure alludes to stringed instruments such as a double bass or bass guitar. The puppet has a torso, four limbs, and a head. The figure has convex eyes, a sewn-on or embroidered mouth, ears, a hat, a bow tie, and sewn-on vertical lines resembling the shape of strings on instruments. The puppet has a space inside which, after inserting your hand, you can move the entire puppet, especially its upper limbs and head.
