The ornament according to the current industrial design differs from the previous ones and on the informed user it produces a general impression different from the previous ornaments used in trade to distinguish, among others, packaging, due to the originality of the graphic element, the mutual positioning of letters and the graphic element, as well as the color scheme. The ornament according to the current industrial design is characterized by novelty and individual character manifested by the shape, arrangement of lines and the color scheme of both the whole and its individual details. The ornament according to the current industrial design is used directly or in a negative version, for example when used on packaging with this ornament. The essential elements of the new form of the ornament according to the current industrial design are the silhouette of a horse's head with a stylized mane, referring to a chess piece, with a characteristic green colour, supplemented with the information inscription HYPP in the same colour, on a neutral background. The ornament according to the current design in the negative version is presented, for example, on the packaging, where the background has a characteristic green colour, while the silhouette of the horse's head with a stylized mane and the information inscription HYPP have a neutral light colour. The subject of the current industrial design is presented in the attached illustrative material, on which Fig. 1 shows the ornament according to the current industrial design, comprising the silhouette of a horse's head with a stylized mane together with the information inscription HYPP - in a perpendicular view, while Fig. 2 shows the current ornament in the negative version placed on the packaging of a market product, in a gently perspective view. The illustration material fig. 1 shows a new ornament according to the current industrial design in a positive version: green letters HYPP and a graphic element in the form of a silhouette of a horse's head with a stylized mane on a neutral, light (white) background, while fig. 2 shows the same ornament in a negative version: neutral, light (white) letters on a green background and a graphic element in the form of a silhouette of a horse's head with a stylized mane shown on the packaging of a market product offered by the owner of the current industrial design. In the illustration material fig. 1 and 2 the ornament according to the current industrial design has the same proportions of the height of the graphic element to the height and width of the letters in the information inscription HYPP and the same proportions of the dimensions of the individual letters in the information inscription HYPP. The inscription HYPP (from English Hyperkalemic periodic paralysis) means hyperkalemic periodic paralysis - a genetic disease described by Ingrid Gamstorp in 1956, which occurs much more often in horses than in humans.
