Istota wzoru jest charakterystyczna postac przedmiotu wzoru, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, formie, zdobnictwie powierzchni oraz zastosowanej kolorystyce. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego wykonany jest w czterech odmianach, rózniacych sie kolorystyka i elementami witraza, przedstawionych na zalaczonej ilustracji. Spód klosza jest przeznaczony do umieszczenia go w podstawie znicza, a na otwór zaklada sie kapturek. Prawie cala powierzchnia zewnetrzna klosza pokryta jest witrazem. Elementów tego zdobienia pozbawiony jest tylko spód klosza z jego pionowa scianka boczna, rejon otworu, czyli rejony chowane w podstawce i kapturku oraz czesc owalna w przedniej czesci klosza w której to czesci umieszczony jest dekor glowy Chrystusa wykonany z zywicy stylizowany na „stare zloto" – fig.1, fig. 2 oraz stylizowany na „stare srebro" – fig. 3, fig. 4. Wszystkie odmiany posiadaja witraz, który utworzony jest z malych szkiel ornamentowych które posiadaja w tle motywy kwiatów. Przestrzen pomiedzy szkielkami wypelniona jest fuga. W centralnej czesci klosza znajduje sie zaglebienie w ksztalcie owalnym. Powierzchnia boczna klosza pokryta jest witrazem, za wyjatkiem spodu z jego scianka pionowa oraz rejonu przy samym otworze, oraz czesci owalnej w przedniej czesci klosza w której to czesci umieszczony jest dekor glowy Chrystusa. Zaglebienie owalne wykonczone jest plastikowym dekorem owalnym. Witraz klejony na scianki jest wykonany z kawalków drobnego szkla, z wstawkami innego koloru które obrazuja forme kwiatu. Przestrzen pomiedzy szkielkami wypelniona jest fuga. We wszystkich odmianach, jest to fuga ciemna w odcieniu szarosci. Odmiana pierwsza przedstawiona na fig. 1 charakteryzuje sie tym iz calosc jest wykonana ze szkla w odcieniach czerni z wstawkami w kolorze zlotym symbolizujace kwiat. We wglebieniu owalnym w centralnej czesci klosza umieszczony jest dekor z zywicy w ksztalcie glowy Chrystusa, stylizowany jest na „stare zloto". The essence of the design is the characteristic form of the design object, manifested in its shape, form, surface ornamentation, and color scheme. The industrial design object is made in four varieties, differing in color scheme and stained glass elements, shown in the attached illustration. List of varieties: 1) A grave candle shade with a decoration in the shape of Christ’s face and a stained glass window with a predominant black colour and gold elements – fig. 1, 2) A grave candle shade with a decoration in the shape of Christ’s face and a stained glass window with a predominant brown colour and black elements – fig. 2, 3) A grave candle shade with a decoration in the shape of Christ’s face and a stained glass window with a predominant black colour and silver elements – fig. 3, 4) A grave candle shade with a decoration in the shape of Christ’s face and a stained glass window with a predominant purple colour and black elements – fig. 4. The grave candle shade according to the industrial design has the form of a transparent, thick glass vase with a square cross-section. The bottom of the shade is a flat plate with vertical side walls and a diameter smaller than the shade's diameter at its widest point. The bottom of the shade is designed to be placed in the base of the votive candle, and a cap is placed over the opening. Almost the entire outer surface of the shade is covered with stained glass. This decorative element is absent only on the bottom of the shade with its vertical side wall, the opening area (the areas hidden in the base and cap), and the oval section at the front of the shade, which features a resin Christ's head decoration in a stylized "old gold" style (Fig. 1, Fig. 2) and a stylized "old silver" style (Fig. 3, Fig. 4). All varieties feature stained glass, which is composed of small ornamental glass panes with floral motifs in the background. The space between the panes is filled with grout. The space between the glass panes is filled with grout. In all varieties, this grout is dark gray. The first variant, shown in Fig. 1, is characterized by the fact that the entire lamp is made of glass in shades of black with gold inserts symbolizing a flower. A resin decoration in the shape of Christ's head, stylized as "antique gold," is placed in an oval recess in the central part of the lampshade. The recess is finished with an oval-shaped plastic decoration in a color stylized as "antique gold." The second variant, shown in Fig. 2, is characterized by the fact that the entire lamp is made of glass in shades of brown with black inserts symbolizing a flower. The third variant, shown in Fig. 3, is characterized by the fact that the entire lamp is made of glass in shades of black with silver inserts symbolizing a flower.
