Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru jest klosz znicza nagrobkowego. Istota wzoru jest charakterystyczna postac przedmiotu wzoru, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, formie, zdobnictwie powierzchni oraz zastosowanej kolorystyce. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego wykonany jest w czterech odmianach, rózniacych sie zdobieniem, kolorystyka, elementami witraza, przedstawionych na zalaczonej ilustracji. Wykaz odmian: 1) Klosz znicza nagrobkowego z dekorem i witrazem w odcieniach koloru srebrnego z czarnymi elementami w ksztalcie rózy – fig. 1, 2) Klosz znicza nagrobkowego z dekorem i witrazem w odcieniach koloru czarnego ze srebrnymi elementami w ksztalcie rózy – fig. 2, 3) Klosz znicza nagrobkowego z dekorem i witrazem w odcieniach koloru zlotego lustrzanego – fig. 3, 4) Klosz znicza nagrobkowego z dekorem i witrazem w odcieniach koloru zlotego z czarnymi elementami w ksztalcie rózy – fig. 4, Klosz znicza wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma postac przezroczystej wazy, z grubego szkla, pokrytej zdobieniem ze szkiel tworzacych witraz, oraz pokrytej równiez dekorem w ksztalcie ozdobnego paska wokól klosza który zakrywa okolo 15–20% powierzchni. Spód klosza jest plaskim talerzykiem o pionowych sciankach bocznych i srednicy mniejszej od srednicy klosza w kazdym innym miejscu. Spód klosza jest przeznaczony do umieszczenia go w podstawie znicza, a na otwór zaklada sie kapturek. Rejony chowane w podstawce i kapturku pozbawione sa wszelkiego zdobienia. Przestrzen miedzy szkielkami witraza we wszystkich odmianach wypelniona jest fuga. Fig. 1–4 przedstawiaja klosz znicza nagrobkowego wedlug odpowiedniej odmiany w widoku perspektywicznym. Klosz na znicz wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada postac przezroczystej, szklanej pekatej wazy z grubego szkla, o okraglym przekroju poprzecznym. Ksztalt wazy zblizony jest do kuli, ewentualnie nieco splaszczonej, z tym, ze spód pojemnika jest plaskim talerzykiem o pionowych sciankach bocznych i jest przeznaczony do umieszczenia go w podstawie znicza. Otwór posiada pionowy kolnierz, na który zaklada sie kapturek. W odmianach 1–4 wokól znicza umieszczony jest dekor w ksztalcie paska z regularnymi liniami w ksztalcie fal naprzemiennie sie wymijajacymi Poza powierzchnia która zajmuje dekor klosz znicza pokryty jest witrazem wykonanym z drobnych nieregularnych kawalków szkla. Ilustruja to fig. 1–4. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Klosz na znicz wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada postac przezroczystej, szklanej pekatej wazy, o okraglym przekroju poprzecznym. Charakteryzuje sie on tym, ze jego zewnetrzna powierzchnia, oprócz rejonów spodu oraz kolnierza zdobiona jest witrazem z drobnych nieregularnych barwionych lub lustrzanych lub przydymionych szkielek i azurowym dekorem. Dekor jest umieszczony w centralnej czesci klosza. Jest on jednobarwny stylizowany na „stare zloto" figura nr 3 i figura nr 4 lub „stare srebro" figura nr 1 i figura nr 2. Przestrzen pomiedzy szkielkami wypelniona jest fuga cementowa. We wszystkich odmianach, jest to fuga ciemna w odcieniu szarosci prócz figury nr 3. Ta figura ma fuge w kolorze zlotym. Odmiana pierwsza przedstawiona na fig. 1 charakteryzuje sie ponadto tym, ze powierzchnia boczna pokryta jest witrazem w odcieniach koloru srebrnego z czarnymi elementami w ksztalcie rózy i azurowym dekorem w kolorze starego srebra. Odmiana druga przedstawiona na fig. 2 charakteryzuje sie tym, ze powierzchnia boczna pokryta jest witrazem w odcieniach koloru czarnego ze srebrnymi elementami w ksztalcie rózy i dekorem w kolorze starego. Odmiana trzecia przedstawiona na fig. 3 charakteryzuje sie tym, ze powierzchnia boczna pokryta jest witrazem szkielek lustrzanych w odcieniach koloru zlotego, a dekor jest w kolorze starego zlota. Odmiana czwarta przedstawiona na fig. 4 charakteryzuje sie tym, ze powierzchnia boczna pokryta jest witrazem w odcieniach koloru zlotego z czarnymi elementami w ksztalcie rózy, a dekor jest w kolorze starego zlota. The essence of the design is the characteristic form of the design object, manifested in its shape, form, surface ornamentation, and color scheme. The industrial design object is made in four varieties, differing in ornamentation, color scheme, and stained glass elements, shown in the attached illustration. List of varieties: 1) Grave candle shade with decor and stained glass in shades of silver with black rose-shaped elements – fig. 1, 2) Grave candle shade with decor and stained glass in shades of black with silver rose-shaped elements – fig. 2, 3) Grave candle shade with decor and stained glass in shades of mirror gold – fig. 3, 4) Grave candle shade with decor and stained glass in shades of gold with black rose-shaped elements – fig. 4, The grave candle shade according to the industrial design has the form of a transparent vase, made of thick glass, covered with a decoration made of glass forming a stained glass window, and also covered with a decoration in the form of a decorative strip around the lampshade which covers approximately 15–20% of the surface. The bottom of the shade is a flat plate with vertical side walls and a diameter smaller than the shade's diameter elsewhere. The bottom of the shade is designed to be placed in the base of the candle, and a cap is placed over the opening. The areas hidden in the base and cap are devoid of any decoration. The space between the stained glass panes in all varieties is filled with grout. Figs. 1–4 show a perspective view of the shade of a grave candle of the appropriate variety. The industrial-style shade for a grave candle takes the form of a transparent, bulging glass vase made of thick glass, with a circular cross-section. The shape of the vase is similar to a sphere, possibly slightly flattened, but the bottom of the container is a flat plate with vertical side walls and is designed to be placed in the base of the candle. The opening has a vertical collar over which a cap is placed. In varieties 1–4, a strip-shaped decoration is placed around the lantern with regular, alternating, wave-shaped lines. Beyond the surface covered by the decoration, the lantern shade is covered with stained glass made of small, irregular pieces of glass. This is illustrated in figures 1–4. Essential features of the industrial design: The lantern shade according to the industrial design takes the form of a transparent, bulging glass vase with a circular cross-section. Its outer surface, except for the bottom and collar, is decorated with stained glass made of small, irregular pieces of colored, mirrored, or smoked glass, and an openwork decoration. The decoration is placed in the central part of the shade. It is single-colored, stylized as "old gold" figure no. 3 and figure no. 4, or "old silver" figure no. 1 and figure no. 2. The space between the glasses is filled with cement grout. In all varieties, the grout is dark in shades of gray, except for figure no. 3. This figure has a gold-colored grout. The first variety, shown in figure 1, is also characterized by the fact that the side surface is covered with stained glass in shades of silver with black rose-shaped elements and an openwork decor in the color of old silver. The second variety, shown in figure 2, is characterized by the fact that the side surface is covered with stained glass in shades of black with silver rose-shaped elements and an old-colored decor. The third variant, shown in Fig. 3, is characterized by the side surface being covered with stained glass mirrors in shades of gold, and the decor is antique gold. The fourth variant, shown in Fig. 4, is characterized by the side surface being covered with stained glass in shades of gold with black rose-shaped elements, and the decor is antique gold.
