PL 25585 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest owijka na lody, ze stylizowanymi napisami i rysunkami, przeznaczona w szczególnosci na opakowanie lodów spozywczych na patyku. Nowy i oryginalny charakter wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ksztalcie i barwie owijki oraz w kolorowej szacie graficznej na powierzchni owijki, zawierajacej kompozycje stylizowanych elementów slownych i graficznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej barwnej ilustracji, na której fig. 1 przedstawia w odmianie pierwszej ksztalt, barwy i szate graficzna rozwinietej powierzchni owijki, fig. 2 – w odmianie drugiej ksztalt, barwy i szate graficzna rozwinietej powierzchni owijki, fig. 3 – w odmianie trzeciej ksztalt, barwy i szate graficzna rozwinietej powierzchni owijki, a fig. 4 – w odmianie czwartej ksztalt, barwy i szate graficzna rozwinietej powierzchni owijki. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony takze na zalaczonej barwnej ilustracji zbiorczej, przedstawiajacej w widoku czolowym rozwiniete powierzchnie owijki, jak na fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3 i fig. 4. Jak uwidoczniono na rysunku, wielobarwna powierzchnia owijki po rozwinieciu ma ksztalt zbli- zony do prostokata, na którego tle jest rysunek porcji lodów na patyku. W odmianie pierwszej i odmianie drugiej dominuje kolor czerwony, w odmianie trzeciej – kolor bialy, a w odmianie czwartej – kolor nie- bieski. Dodatkowo szata slowno-graficzna powierzchni owijki jest oznaczona Logo zglaszajacego oraz zawiera stylizowany kolorowy napis „O’key". The new and original nature of the industrial design is evident in the shape and color of the wrapper, as well as the colorful graphic design on the wrapper's surface, containing a composition of stylized verbal and graphic elements. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached colour illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the first variant of the shape, colours and graphic design of the unfolded surface of the wrapper, Fig. 2 – the second variant of the shape, colours and graphic design of the unfolded surface of the wrapper, Fig. 3 – the third variant of the shape, colours and graphic design of the unfolded surface of the wrapper, and Fig. 4 – the fourth variant of the shape, colours and graphic design of the unfolded surface of the wrapper. The subject of the industrial design is also shown in the attached color collective illustration, showing the unfolded surfaces of the wrapper in a frontal view, as in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, and Fig. 4. As shown in the drawing, the multicolored surface of the wrapper, when unfolded, has a shape similar to a rectangle, against which there is an image of a portion of ice cream on a stick. In the first and second varieties, the dominant color is red, in the third variety – white, and in the fourth variety – blue. Additionally, the verbal and graphic design of the wrapper surface is marked with the applicant's logo and contains a stylized color inscription "O'key".
