PL 25996 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik na lody, ze stylizowanymi napisami i rysun- kami, przeznaczony na opakowanie lodów spozywczych. Nowy i oryginalny charakter wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ksztalcie i barwie pojemnika oraz w kolorowej szacie graficznej na powierzchni pojemnika, zawierajacej kompozycje stylizowanych elementów slownych i graficznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony takze na zalaczonej barwnej ilustracji zbior- czej, przedstawiajacej w widoku perspektywicznym zamkniete pojemniki, jak na fig. 1.1, fig. 2.1, fig. 3.1 i fig. 4.1. Jak uwidoczniono na rysunku, do istotnych cech wzoru przemyslowego nalezy pojemnik o wielo- barwnej powierzchni, z dominujacym kolorem granatowym i kolorem bialym, zamkniety wiekiem, maja- cym ksztalt zblizony do kolistej czaszy. Obrzeze wieka jest zaokraglone i zachodzi szczelnie na odpo- wiednie zgrubienie górnego obrzeza pojemnika. Scianka boczna pojemnika jest pochylona wzgledem wieka i denka pojemnika. Szata slowno-graficzna powierzchni bocznej pojemnika jest oznaczona styli- zowanym napisem: „ice Cookie". The new and original nature of the industrial design is manifested in the shape and color of the container, as well as in the colorful graphic design on the container's surface, containing a composition of stylized verbal and graphic elements. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached color illustration, in which Fig. 1.1 shows in the first variant the shape, colors and graphic design of the surface of a closed container in a perspective view, Fig. 1.2 – in the first variant the graphic design of the side surface of the container, Fig. 2.1 – in the second variant the shape, colors and graphic design of the surface of a closed container in a perspective view, Fig. 2.2 – in the second variant the graphic design of the side surface of the container, Fig. 3.1 – in the third variant the shape, colors and graphic design of the surface of a closed container in a perspective view, Fig. 3.2 – in the third variant the graphic design of the side surface of the container, Fig. 4.1 – in the fourth variant the shape, colors and graphic design of the surface of a closed container in a perspective view, and Fig. 4.2 – in the fourth variant the graphic surface of the side of the container. The subject of the industrial design is also visible in the attached color collective illustration, showing a perspective view of closed containers, as in Fig. 1.1, Fig. 2.1, Fig. 3.1, and Fig. 4.1. As shown in the drawing, the essential features of the industrial design include a container with a multicolored surface, with the dominant colors being navy blue and white, closed with a lid in a shape similar to a circular bowl. The rim of the lid is rounded and tightly overlaps the corresponding thickening of the upper rim of the container. The side wall of the container is inclined relative to the lid and bottom of the container. The verbal and graphic design of the side surface of the container is marked with a stylized inscription: "ice cookie."
