Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac wytworu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, co nadaje mu nowy oryginalny wyglad , oraz podnosi jego walory estetyczne. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 – przedstawia rysunek uchwytu meblowego w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 – rysunek uchwytu w widoku od strony dolnej, fig. 3 – poprzeczny przekrój czesci chwytowej uchwytu i fig. 4 –- polowe uchwytu widoczna od strony czolowej. Czesc chwytowa i stopki stanowia jednolita nierozlaczna calosc. Czesc chwytowa posiadajaca w przekroju ksztalt elipsy, ma w widoku od strony czolowej ksztalt odcinka luku, zas w widoku od strony górnej ksztalt mocno splaszczonej elipsy. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the product, manifested in its shape, which gives it a new, original appearance and enhances its aesthetic value. The industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the furniture handle, Fig. 2 shows a view of the handle from the bottom, Fig. 3 shows a cross-section of the grip portion of the handle, and Fig. 4 shows half of the handle viewed from the front. The two-point furniture handle has a general shape similar to an isosceles U-shaped profile with short arms. The handle comprises a grip portion and two feet. The grip portion and feet form a single, inseparable whole. The grip section, which has an elliptical cross-section, has the shape of an arc section in the frontal view and a strongly flattened ellipse in the top view. The feet, shaped to match the ends of the grip section, have sockets on the bottom side intended for mounting screws that secure the handle to the furniture.
