PL 25739 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy dwupunktowy, przeznaczony do otwierania i zamykania drzwi oraz szuflad meblowych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac wytworu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, co nadaje mu nowy oryginalny wyglad, oraz podnosi jego walory estetyczne. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 – przedstawia rysunek uchwytu meblowego w widoku perspektywicznym od strony górnej, fig. 2 – rysunek uchwytu w widoku z dolu, fig. 3 – rysunek czesci chwytowej uchwytu w widoku z góry, fig. 4 – rysunek czesci chwytowej uchwytu w widoku z boku i fig. 5 – rysunek w widoku od strony czolowej dwóch stopek uchwytu wraz z czopem. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the product manifested in its shape, which gives it a new, original appearance and enhances its aesthetic value. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the furniture handle from the top, Fig. 2 shows a view of the handle from the bottom, Fig. 3 shows a top view of the grip portion of the handle, Fig. 4 shows a side view of the grip portion of the handle, and Fig. 5 shows a front view of two feet of the handle with a pivot. The two-point furniture handle, when viewed from the front, has a shape similar to a U-shaped profile with low arms and outwardly curved feet. It consists of a gripping part and two identical feet fitted with tenons. The gripping part, made in the shape of a rectangular tube, is connected by tenons to L-shaped feet, which are equal in width to the gripping part, have upper edges cut at an angle identical to the angles of the gripping part, have a height similar to the width of the gripping part, have a socket on the bottom side under the vertical part of the "L" for mounting a screw that secures the handle to the furniture, and on the horizontal part of the "L" have an imitation of the screw head screwed into the foot on the top side, and have a tube-shaped reinforcement on the bottom side under the imitation. The two-point furniture handle is distinguished by its frontal shape resembling a low-shouldered U-shaped section with outwardly curved feet. It consists of a grip section and two identical feet fitted with pivots. The gripping part, made in the shape of a tube with a rectangular cross-section, has L-shaped feet connected by means of pins, which have a width equal to the width of the gripping part, have upper edges cut at an angle the same as the angles of the gripping part, have a height similar to the width of the gripping part, on the lower side under the vertical part of the letter "L" they have a socket for mounting a screw fastening the handle to the furniture and on the horizontal part of the letter "L" they have on the upper side an imitation of the head of the screw screwed into the foot and on the lower side under the imitation they have reinforcement in the form of a tube, as shown in the attached illustration, figs. 1 to 5.
