Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, wynikajaca z ksztaltu i zestawienia elementów skladowych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonych ilustracjach, na których: Fig. 1 przedstawia mocowanie drazka do podciagania w pierwszym widoku z perspektywy; Fig. 2 przedstawia mocowanie drazka do podciagania w drugim widoku z perspektywy; Fig. 3 przedstawia mocowanie drazka do podciagania w widoku z góry; Fig. 4 przedstawia mocowanie drazka do podciagania w widoku z szerszej perspektywy. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Mocowanie drazka do podciagania sklada sie z dwóch obejm polaczonych dwiema srubami z nakretkami. Jedna z obejm zamocowana jest trwale do drazka. Kazda z obejm ma prostkatny ksztalt. It is intended for attaching a pull-up bar to vertical supports. The essence of the industrial design is the new and unique form of the product, resulting from the shape and arrangement of its components. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached illustrations, in which: Fig. 1 shows the pull-up bar mount in a first perspective view; Fig. 2 shows the pull-up bar mount in a second perspective view; Fig. 3 shows the pull-up bar mount in a top view; Fig. 4 shows the pull-up bar mount in a wider perspective view. Essential Features of the Industrial Design The pull-up bar mount consists of two clamps connected by two screws and nuts. One of the clamps is permanently attached to the bar.
