Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest zestaw wypoczynkowy skladajacy sie z fotela, sofy dwuosobowej rozkladanej, sofy trzyosobowej rozkladanej i kanapy naroznej rozkladanej. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotów przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie poszczególnych elementów tapicerskich, ukladzie linii, barwie i fakturze materialu. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony za zalaczonym rysunku, na któiym fig. 1 przedstawia fotel w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - przedstawia sofe dwuosobowa w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - przedstawia rozlozona sofe dwuosobowa, fig 4 - przedstawia sofe trzyosobowa w widoku z przodu, fig. 5 - przedstawia rozlozona sofe trzyosobowa,fig. 6 - przedstawia kanape narozna w widoku z przodu, fig. 7 - przedstawia fotel, sofe dwuosobowa i sofe trzyosobowa w widoku z boku, fig. 8 - przedstawia fotel z przeszyciem w ksztalcie stylizowanej odwróconej litery „S" w widoku z przodu, fig. 9 - przedstawia sofe dwuosobowa z przeszyciem w ksztalcie stylizowanej odwróconej litery „S" w widoku z przodu, fig. 10 - przedstawia sofe trzyosobowa z przeszyciem w ksztalcie stylizowanej odwróconej litery „S" w widoku z przodu, fig. 11 - przedstawia kanape narozna z przeszyciem w ksztalcie stylizowanej odwróconej litery „S" w widoku z przodu. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of objects manifested in the shape of the individual upholstery elements, the arrangement of lines, the color and texture of the material. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the armchair from the front, Fig. 2 shows the two-seater sofa from the front, Fig. 3 shows the unfolded two-seater sofa, Fig. 4 shows the three-seater sofa from the front, Fig. 5 shows the unfolded three-seater sofa, Fig. 6 - shows a corner sofa in a front view, fig. 7 - shows an armchair, a two-seater sofa and a three-seater sofa in a side view, fig. 8 - shows an armchair with stitching in the shape of a stylized inverted letter "S" in a front view, fig. 9 - shows a two-seater sofa with stitching in the shape of a stylized inverted letter "S" in a front view, fig. 10 - shows a three-seater sofa with stitching in the shape of a stylized inverted letter "S" in a front view, fig. 11 - shows a corner sofa with stitching in the shape of a stylized inverted letter "S" in a front view. The lounge suite, as designed by the decorative pattern, is characterized by the fact that the side backrest of the armchair, two-seater sofa, three-seater sofa, and corner sofa, when viewed from the side, has the shape of a quadrangle inscribed in a circle with two rounded sides, with the side at the armrest curving backwards in an arc-like manner. The base has a cutout in the shape of a circular sector, while the side of the armchair, when viewed from the front, has a shape close to a rectangle, the outer edge of which is shaped like an asymmetrical arc. The armchair, two-seater sofa, three-seater sofa, and corner sofa can be upholstered in fabric of any texture and color. In a variation of the lounge set according to the decorative pattern, the side backrest of the armchair, two-seater sofa, three-seater sofa and corner sofa, in a side view, has the shape of a quadrangle inscribed in a circle with two rounded sides, with the side at the armrest section lowering archedly towards the back, and the base has a cutout in the shape of a segment of a circle, while the side of the two-seater sofa, in a front view, has a shape close to a rectangle, the outer side of which has the shape of an asymmetrical arc, and the backrest and seat have stitching in the shape of a stylized inverted "S". The backrest and seat of the armchair, two-seater sofa, three-seater sofa and corner sofa are covered with a fabric of any texture, in two harmonized colors. These materials are connected with stitching in the shape of a stylized inverted "S", and the side support is in one of these colors. PL PL PL
