Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest element uchwytu, znajdujacy zastosowanie jako ele- ment wykonczajacy mebli, pelniacy jednoczesnie role uchwytu umozliwiajacego otwieranie i zamykanie drzwi albo szuflad. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac wytworu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, na- dana mu przez cechy linii. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 – przedstawia widok perspektywiczny elementu uchwytu i fig. 2 – widok boczny elementu uchwytu. Element uchwytu jest bryla o pelnym przekroju. Ma ksztalt podluznego preta o przekroju pionowo usytuowanego prostokata posiadajacego bok dolny i górny w ksztalcie lagodnego luku. Na obu koncach preta posiada po jednym nieprzelotowym otworze. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego jest to, ze element uchwytu, jest bryla o pelnym prze- kroju, ma ksztalt podluznego preta o przekroju pionowo usytuowanego prostokata posiadajacego bok dolny i górny w ksztalcie lagodnego luku i na obu koncach preta posiada po jednym nieprzelotowym otworze, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 i fig. 2. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the product, manifested in its shape, given to it by the features of the line. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the handle element and Fig. 2 shows a side view of the handle element. The handle element is a solid with a full cross-section. It has the shape of an elongated rod with a vertically oriented rectangular cross-section, with a lower and upper side in the shape of a gentle arc. The rod has a single blind hole at each end.
