(MTP-Meble 2001, Poznan, Pobka) Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego sa meble wypoczynkowe. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajac sie w jego ksztalcie i wlasciwosciach powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku i foto- grafii, na których pokazano - na rysunku na fig. 1 - sofe w widoku z przodu, na fig. 2 - fotel w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - fotel w widoku z boku, oraz zalaczonej foto- grafii, gdzie na fig. 4 - przedstawiono sofe w widoku z przodu, fig. 5 - sofe w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 6 - fotel w widoku z tylu, fig. 7 - fotel w widoku perspekty-wicznym z buku, fig 8 - fotel w widoku z przodu, fig. 9 - fotel w widoku z boku i od fig. 10 do fig. 1 3 - meble w widoku z boku w róznych odmianach kolorystycznych. Meble wypoczynkowe tapicerowane, w sklad których wchodza sofa i fotel cha- rakteryzuja sie tym, ze sofa i fotel maja kubelkowy ksztalt, sa posadowione na nózkach o róznej wysokosci i sa usytuowane ukosnie w stosunku do podloza, w ten sposób, ze tylna czesc mebla jest poniza przednia czesci, siedzisko stanowi jedna miekka podu- cha o prostokatnym froncie, zas boki i oparcie mebli stanowi jeden element w ksztalcie zblizonym do odcinka „U - rurki", z tym, ze czola boków przechodzace w wieniec oparcia maja ksztalt miekkiego walka najszerszego w szczycie oparcia a zwezajacego sie ku dolowi boków, natomiast przestrzen boków i oparcia ponizej walka wienczacego jest pokryta mata, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku - fig. 1 , fig. 2 i fig. 3 oraz foto- grafii fig. 4 do fig. 13. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in its shape and surface properties. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing and photograph, which show - in the drawing in fig. 1 - a sofa in a front view, in fig. 2 - an armchair in a front view, fig. 3 - an armchair in a side view, and in the attached photograph, where fig. 4 - a sofa in a front view, fig. 5 - a sofa in a perspective view, fig. 6 - an armchair in a back view, fig. 7 - an armchair in a perspective view made of beech, fig. 8 - an armchair in a front view, fig. 9 - an armchair in a side view and from fig. 10 to fig. 13 - furniture in a side view in various color variants. Upholstered lounge furniture, which includes a sofa and an armchair, is characterized by the fact that the sofa and the armchair have a bucket shape, are placed on legs of different heights and are situated diagonally in relation to the ground, in such a way that the rear part of the furniture is lower than the front part, the seat is made of one soft cushion with a rectangular front, and the sides and backrest of the furniture are made of one element in a shape similar to a "U-tube" section, but the fronts of the sides passing into the crown of the backrest have the shape of a soft cylinder, widest at the top of the backrest and narrowing towards the bottom of the sides, while the area of the sides and backrest below the crowning cylinder is covered with a mat, as shown in the attached drawing - Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. 3 and photographs Fig. 4 to fig. 13. The sofa and the armchair are set on metal legs with feet in the shape of conical saucers, as shown in the attached photograph fig. 4 to fig. 13. The furniture can be available in various varieties and color compositions, as shown in the attached photograph fig. 9 to fig. 13. The sofa and the armchair have the backrest, crown, fronts and the inner side of the sides of the backrest upholstered with a soft light cream cover, while the outer surface of the sides and the backrest below the crowning cylinder is covered with a mat with a visible weave, as shown in the attached photograph fig. 4 to fig. 9.
