Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest kompozycja szarego szkła, typu szkła kwarcowo-sodowo-wapniowego, która ma ogólną przepuszczalność światła pod źródłem oświetlenia A (T<sub>LA</sub>) większą niż 67% przy grubości szkła równej 3,85 i która zawiera poniższe składniki w następujących przedziałach wagowych: Si0<sub>2</sub> 64-75%, A1<sub>2<D>0<v>3</sub> 0-5%, B<sub>2<D>0<v>3</sub> 0-5%, CaO 5-15%, MgO 0-5%, Na<sub>2</sub>0 10-18%, K<sub>2</sub>0 0-5% i poniższe środki barwiące w następujących przedziałach .wagowych: Fe<sub>2<D>0<v>3</sub> O,25-0,65%, CoO mniej niż 20 ppm, korzystnie mniej albo równe 15 ppm, a zwłaszcza od 5 do 15 ppm, NiO 40-250 ppm, a zwłaszcza 70-150 ppm, Se 0-5 ppm, gdzie Fe<sub>2<D>0<v>3</sub> jest żelazem całkowitym.
