Abstract

Przedmiotem niniejszego wynalazku jest nowy sposób obróbki ozonem niezmielonych materiałów roślinnych, takich jak ziarno pszenicy. Zgodnie z wynalazkiem ten sposób polega na pozostawieniu materiału roślinnego w ciągu co najmniej jednego dnia po wstępnym uwodnieniu, a następnie ozonowaniu polegającym na uzupełniającym uwodnieniu wprowadzającym od 3 do 10% wagowo wody w stosunku do suchego ciężaru materiału roślinnego. Ten sposób stosuje się zwłaszcza do ziarna pszenicy. W takim przypadku sposób według wynalazku umożliwiający osiągnięcie przez ozon rdzenia ziaren wykorzystuje się do produkcji tak zwanej mąki technologicznej. Przedstawione są właściwości fizyczne i chemiczne takiej mąki obserwowane w zależności od parametrów procesu ozonowania.
