Sposób wytwarzania srednio- i wysokoczasteczkowych zywic epoksydowych polega na tym, ze reakcje katalitycznej poliaddycji weglowodoru polihydroksyfenolowego i plynnej maloczasteczkowej zywicy epoksydowej o liczbie epoksydowej 0,48-0,53 mol/100 g prowadzi sie w sposób ciagly w kaskadzie kilku reaktorów wobec IV-rzedowych soli amoniowych i fosfoniowych o stezeniu 0,01-0,10 cg/g w roli katalizatora, przy masowym stosunku plynnej zywicy epoksydowej do weglowodoru polihydroksyfenolowego wynoszacym 2,0-5,8, w temperaturze 150-180°C w pierwszym reaktorze kaskady do 170-200°C w ostatnim reaktorze kaskady, przy srednim czasie przebywania reagujacej masy w kazdym z reaktorów 60-100 minut, po czym ciekla mase po reakcji filtruje sie.
