Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku są nowe sposoby syntezy analogów polifosforanowych, związków o znaczeniu biologicznym takich jak nukleozydy, oligonukleotydy, cukry, peptydy, białka oraz mających zastosowanie w chemii organicznej, biologii molekularnej i biotechnologii. W odmianie sposób syntezy polifosforanów organicznych o ogólnym wzorze 1, w którym n przyjmuje wartość od 0 do 2 zaś X oznacza resztę cząsteczki organicznej w szczególności nukleozydu, oligonukleotydu, węglowodanu peptydu lub reszty białkowej polega na reakcji pomiędzy związkiem o wzorze ogólnym 2, w którym X ma wyżej podane znaczenie, a odpowiednią podstawioną pochodną 2-pirydylo-[1,3,2]oksazafosfolidyny lub odpowiednią podstawioną pochodną 2-pirymidylo-[1,3,2]oksazafosfolidyny, a następnie produkt tej reakcji poddaje się reakcji z solą amoniową kwasu polifosforanowego. Po zakończeniu reakcji produkt poddaje się utlenianiu jodem, po czym znanymi sposobami izoluje się związek o wzorze ogólnym 1.
