Za¬ stosowanie formaliny nie daje pozadanych re¬ zultatów w okresach letnich, przez co wzrasta ilosc odpadów przy produkcji kapsulek.Stwierdzono, ze podwyzszenie temperatury krzepliwosci roztworu zelatyny uzyskac mozna przez dodanie do niego spirytusowego roz¬ tworu kamfory, najlepiej 10*/o-owego. Stezenie roztworu spirytusowego kamfory i jego ilosc dobiera sie zaleznie od gatunku zelatyny i przeznaczenia masy zelatynowej.Sposób wedlug wynalazku pozwala nie tylko • na zwiekszenie wydajnosci pracy kapsulkami, obnizajac wydatnie ilosc odpadów, ale i na za¬ oszczedzenie znacznej ilosci preparatów wita¬ minowych.Przyklad I. Formalin is used in the production of gelatine capsules used for various medicaments, for example vitamin oil solutions, gelatin solution. The use of formalin does not give the desired results in summer, which increases the amount of waste in capsule production. It has been found that increasing the freezing point of a gelatin solution can be obtained by adding a spirit solution of camphor, preferably 10% . The concentration of the camphor spirit solution and its quantity are selected depending on the type of gelatine and the intended use of the gelatin mass. The method according to the invention allows not only to increase the efficiency of capsule work, significantly reducing the amount of waste, but also saving a significant amount of vitamin preparations. I. Gelatin capsules were prepared from a solution containing 6 kg of gelatin and 18 kg of water, to which was then added 20-40 ml of 100% camphor spirit. Example II. The gelatin mass for fusing the capsules was prepared from a solution containing 2 kg of gelatin and 3 kg of water, to which was added 5-10 ml of 10% camphor spirit. PL
