W warunkach eksploatacji uszczelnienia wedlug wynalazku, ciecz magnetyczna jest utrzymywana silami pola magnetycznego w szczelinach (?).Multi-stage magnetic liquid seal for rolling bearing composed of two axially polarized permanent magnets, two multi-edge poles, magnetic fluid and cover, characterized by one magnet (4) embedded in the housing (2) and adheres on one side to the outer bearing ring (3), and on the other hand to the pole piece (6) also embedded in the housing (2), with sealing projections made on its inner cylindrical surface, while the second magnet (5) is mounted on the shaft (1) and adheres on one side to the inner ring of the bearing (3), and on the other hand to the pole piece (7) in the form of a shaped flange sleeve also mounted on the shaft (1), which has sealing protrusions on the outer cylindrical surface, and on the lateral surface of the flange have recesses (7a), which with protrusions (9a) made on the side surface of the cover (9) attached to the housing (2) form a labi seal axial, whereby the magnet (4) is located in the NS pole system, and the magnet (5) in the SN pole system relative to the rolling bearing (3) or vice versa, while the magnetic fluid (8) is located in the ring gaps (?) formed between the sealing lugs of the fixed pole piece (6) and the movable pole piece (7). Under the operating conditions of the seal of the invention, the magnetic fluid is held by magnetic field forces in the gaps (?).
