Abstract
Wielostopniowe uszczelnienie ochronne z cieczą magnetyczną dla łożyska tocznego złożone z pokrywy, magnesów trwałych spolaryzowanych osiowo, jedno- i wielokrawędziowych nabiegunników i cieczy magnetycznej charakteryzuje się tym, że wielokrawędziowy nabiegunnik (7) osadzony na wale (1) ma postać pierścienia stopniowanego z występami uszczelniającymi wykonanymi na zewnętrznych powierzchniach walcowych jego uskoków, a pokrywa (6) przymocowana do obudowy (2) ma stopniowane wytoczenia, których wielkość średnic odpowiada średnicom uskoków na wielokrawędziowym nabiegunniku (7). Do pierścieni łożyska tocznego (3) przylegają jednokrawędziowe nabiegunniki (8 i 9), jeden osadzony w obudowie (2), a drugi na wale (1), zaś w obudowie (2) pomiędzy jednokrawędziowym nabiegunnikiem (8) i pokrywą (6) umieszczony jest jeden magnes trwały (4) oraz na wale (1), pomiędzy jednokrawędziowym nabiegunnikiem (9) i wielokrawędziowym nabiegunnikiem (7), umieszczony jest drugi magnes trwały (5), przy czym magnes trwały (4) usytuowany jest w układzie biegunów N-S, a drugi magnes trwały (5) - w układzie biegunów S-N lub odwrotnie względem łożyska tocznego (3). Ciecz magnetyczna (10) znajduje się w pierścieniowych szczelinach (?) pomiędzy występami uszczelniającymi obu jednokrawędziowych nabiegunników (8 i 9) oraz w pierścieniowych szczelinach (?) pomiędzy występami uszczelniającymi na poszczególnych uskokach wielokrawędziowego nabiegunnika (7), a odpowiednimi wewnętrznymi powierzchniami cylindrycznymi wytoczeń w pokrywie (6).A multi-stage magnetic fluid seal for a rolling bearing consisting of a cover, axially polarized permanent magnets, single and multi-edge pole pieces and magnetic fluid is characterized by the fact that the multi-edge pole piece (7) mounted on the shaft (1) has a stepped ring with sealing projections on the external cylindrical surfaces of its faults, and the cover (6) attached to the housing (2) has graduated grooves whose diameter corresponds to the diameter of the faults on the multi-edge pole piece (7). The roller bearing rings (3) are fitted with single-edge pole shoes (8 and 9), one mounted in the housing (2) and the other on the shaft (1), while in the housing (2) between the single-edge pole piece (8) and the cover (6) located there is one permanent magnet (4) and on the shaft (1), between the single-edge pole piece (9) and the multi-edge pole piece (7), there is a second permanent magnet (5), with the permanent magnet (4) located in the NS pole system, and the second permanent magnet (5) - in the MV pole system or vice versa relative to the rolling bearing (3). The magnetic liquid (10) is located in the annular gaps (?) Between the sealing projections of both single-edge pole pieces (8 and 9) and in the annular gaps (?) Between the sealing projections on individual faults of the multi-edge pole piece (7), and the corresponding internal cylindrical surfaces of the grooves in the cover (6).
