Abstract

Wzdłużno-promieniowe łożyskowanie obrotowego wałka, smarowane cieczą ferromagnetyczną charakteryzuje się tym, że w gnieździe, wykonanym w górnej części obudowy (2), kolejno osadzone są: pierścieniowy magnes trwały (8), porowata panewka (7), następny pierścieniowy magnes trwały (9) oraz wielokrawędziowy nabiegunnik (10), przy czym pierścieniowe magnesy trwałe (8, 9) są spolaryzowane osiowo i przylegają biegunami N do powierzchni czołowych porowatej panewki (7). W kołnierzu (1a) obrotowego wałka (1) rozmieszczone są obwodowe walcowe magnesy trwałe (6), a w wytoczeniach wykonanych w dolnej części obudowy (2) i w pokrywie (3), osadzone są pierścieniowe magnesy trwałe (4, 5). Kołnierz (1a) usytuowany jest pomiędzy obu pierścieniowymi magnesami trwałymi (4, 5), a walcowe magnesy trwałe (6) i pierścieniowe magnesy trwałe (4, 5) ustawione są względem siebie biegunami jednoimiennymi.The longitudinal-radial bearing of the rotary shaft, lubricated with ferromagnetic liquid, is characterized by the fact that in the seat, made in the upper part of the housing (2), the following are permanently mounted: an annular permanent magnet (8), a porous bearing (7), and another annular permanent magnet (9 ) and the multi-edge pole piece (10), whereby the ring permanent magnets (8, 9) are axially polarized and adhere with the N poles to the faces of the porous bearing (7). Peripheral cylindrical permanent magnets (6) are arranged in the collar (1a) of the rotary shaft (1), and ring permanent magnets (4, 5) are mounted in the grooves made at the bottom of the housing (2) and in the cover (3). The flange (1a) is located between both annular permanent magnets (4, 5) and the cylindrical permanent magnets (6) and annular permanent magnets (4, 5) are set relative to each other by identical poles.
