Abstract

Sposób otrzymywania węglowodorów parafinowych z tłuszczów pochodzenia naturalnego, zwłaszcza z odpadowych olejów roślinnych, tłuszczów zwierzęcych lub olejów z alg, polega na tym, że proces prowadzi się dwuetapowo, w sprzężonym układzie przepływowym, pod ciśnieniem atmosferycznym, wobec katalizatorów heterofazowych, poddanych uprzednio termicznej aktywacji. W pierwszym etapie tłuszcz i/lub odpad tłuszczowy ogrzewa się w temperaturze 100-500°C, w obecności gazu obojętnego, wobec katalizatora, którym jest tlenek metalu naniesiony na nośnik tlenkowy lub mieszanina co najmniej dwóch tlenków metali naniesiona na nośnik tlenkowy. Następnie otrzymany produkt pierwszego etapu kontaktuje się, w obecności gazu obojętnego, w temperaturze 100-500°C, wobec katalizatora metalicznego naniesionego na nośnik tlenkowy, z gazowym wodorem lub mieszaniną wodoru i tlenku węgla, otrzymaną w wyniku selektywnego rozkładu metanolu.
