Abstract

Sposób apreturowania tkanin w procesie ich prania, w trakcie którego tkaniny podlegają praniu wstępnemu, praniu zasadniczemu, płukaniu z odwodnieniem, a następnie neutralizacji i/lub krochmaleniu i/lub zmiękczaniu, odwirowaniu końcowemu oraz suszeniu, maglowaniu lub prasowaniu, charakteryzuje się tym, że podczas etapu zmiękczania i/lub po etapie odwirowania tkaniny są traktowane preparatem, zawierającym nanocząstki miedzi, także w postaci tlenku miedzi(II) i/lub jonów miedzi(II) o średnich rozmiarach 20-50 nm lub nanocząstki miedzi, także w postaci tlenku miedzi(II) i/lub jonów miedzi(II) i nanocząstek srebra, także w postaci tlenku srebra(I) i/lub jonów srebra(I) o średnich rozmiarach 20-50 nm, tak aby stosunek wagowy metali wynosił od 10:1 do 1:10, przy czym nanocząstki miedzi lub nanocząstki miedzi i srebra wprowadza się w ilościach zapewniających zawartość nanocząstek miedzi lub nanocząstek miedzi i srebra w ilości 10-1000 mg miedzi lub miedzi i srebra na 1 kg suchej tkaniny, ponadto podczas etapu zmiękczania do kąpieli piorącej wprowadza się dodatek środka zmiękczającego, a po etapie odwirowania wprowadza się środki uszlachetniające, po czym z tkanin usuwa się wodę w procesie suszenia oraz utrwala nanocząstki miedzi lub miedzi i srebra oraz tlenków tych metali na powierzchni tkaniny za pomocą wysokiej temperatury w procesie prasowania lub maglowania.
