Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób otrzymywania i oczyszczania cieczy jonowych z anionem propionianowym. Sposób otrzymywania i oczyszczania cieczy jonowych z anionem propionianowym o wzorze: (A), gdzie R1 oznacza benzyl, lub podstawnik alkilowy o dlugosci lancucha weglowego od jednego do dwudziestu atomów wegla z wiazaniami nasyconymi, badz zawierajacy jedno lub kilka wiazan nienasyconych, a R2 oznacza podstawnik alkilowy o dlugosci lancucha weglowego od jednego do dwudziestu atomów wegla z wiazaniami nasyconymi, badz zawierajacy jedno lub kilka wiazan nienasyconych, polega na tym, ze do reaktora wprowadza sie czwartorzedowe halogenki amoniowe o wzorze: (B), w którym R1 oznacza benzyl, podstawnik alkilowy o dlugosci lancucha weglowego od jednego do dwudziestu atomów wegla z wiazaniami nasyconymi, badz zawierajacy jedno lub kilka wiazan nienasyconych, R2 oznacza podstawnik alkilowy o dlugosci lancucha weglowego od jednego do dwudziestu atomów wegla z wiazaniami nasyconymi, lub zawierajacy jedno lub kilka wiazan nienasyconych w ilosci 1 mola, rozpuszczone w wodzie, lub krótkolancuchowym alkoholu alifatycznym, lub mieszaninie wody i alkoholu alifatycznego, korzystnie w wodzie, l mol wodorotlenku sodu, lub potasu, lub litu, przy ciaglym mieszaniu wprowadza sie aldehyd propionowy, podgrzewa sie do temperatury od 293 K do 363 K, korzystnie 303 K, nastepnie dodaje sie ditlenku diwodoru o stezeniu od 3% do 60%, korzystnie 30%, miesza sie od 2 minut do 60 minut, korzystnie 30 minut, po czym dodaje sie katalityczne ilosci sproszkowanego szkla, odprowadza gazowe produkty rozkladu ditlenku diwodoru, a nastepnie mieszanine poreakcyjna odfiltrowuje sie, a ciecz jonowa osusza sie pod obnizonym cisnieniem, korzystnie w suszarce mikrofalowej.The subject of the invention is a method of obtaining and purifying ionic liquids with propionate anion. The method of obtaining and purifying ionic liquids with a propionate anion of formula: (A), where R1 is benzyl or an alkyl substituent with a carbon chain length of one to twenty carbon atoms with saturated bonds, or containing one or more unsaturations, and R2 is a substituent alkyl chain length of one to twenty carbon atoms with saturated bonds, or containing one or more unsaturated bonds, consists in the introduction into the reactor of quaternary ammonium halides with the formula: (B) in which R1 is benzyl, an alkyl substituent with a carbon chain length of one to twenty carbon atoms with saturated bonds, or containing one or more unsaturated bonds, R2 is an alkyl substituent with a carbon chain length of one to twenty carbon atoms with saturated bonds, or containing one or more unsaturated bonds in quantity 1 moles, dissolved in water or short-chain aliphatic alcohol, or a mixture of water and an aliphatic alcohol, preferably in water, 1 mole sodium, or potassium, or lithium hydroxide, with continuous mixing, propionic aldehyde is introduced, heated to a temperature from 293 K to 363 K, preferably 303 K, then dihydrogen dioxide at a concentration of 3% to 60%, preferably 30%, is added, mixed from 2 minutes to 60 minutes, preferably 30 minutes, after which catalytic amounts of glass powder are added, gaseous products of dihydrogen dioxide decomposition are removed, followed by the reaction mixture it is filtered off and the ionic liquid is dried under reduced pressure, preferably in a microwave dryer.
