Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia są nowe bisamoniowe ciecze jonowe di[2-(2,4-dichlorofenoksy)propioniany] alkano-1,X-bis(decylodimetyloamoniowe), o wzorze ogólnym 2, w którym, R- oznacza łańcuch węglowy od 4 do 12 atomach węgla w łańcuchu alkilowym. Sposób ich otrzymywania polega na tym, że dibromek alkano-1,X-bis(decylodimetyloamoniowy) o wzorze ogólnym 1, gdzie R- oznacza łańcuch węglowy od 4 do 12 atomach węgla w łańcuchu alkilowym rozpuszcza się w wodzie, lub alkoholu, lub mieszaninie alkoholowo-wodnej, dalej poddaje się reakcji z solą disodową, lub dipotasową, lub dilitową, lub diamonową kwasu 2-(2,4-dichlorofenoksy)propionowego, w stosunku molowym bromku alkano-1,X-bis(decylodimetyloamoniowego) do soli kwasu organicznego 2:1, w temperaturze co najmniej 10°C, korzystnie 25°C, w czasie co najmniej 2 minut, następnie odsącza się nieorganiczny produkt uboczny, po czym produkt izoluje się i suszy w temperaturze korzystnie 70°C. Nowe bisamoniowe ciecze jonowe zawierające kationy alkano-1,X-bis(decylodimetyloamoniowe) oraz anion 2-(2,4-dichlorofenoksy)propionowy znajdują zastosowanie jako środki ochrony roślin.The subject of the application are new bisammonium ionic liquids di [2- (2,4-dichlorophenoxy) propionates] alkane-1, X-bis (decyldimethylammonium), with the general formula 2 in which, R- is a carbon chain from 4 to 12 carbon atoms in the alkyl chain. The method of their preparation consists in the fact that the alkan-1, X-bis (decyldimethylammonium) dibromide of general formula 1, where R- is a carbon chain from 4 to 12 carbon atoms in the alkyl chain is dissolved in water or alcohol or a mixture of alcohol -water, further reacted with disodium, or dipotassium, or dilite, or diammonium salt of 2- (2,4-dichlorophenoxy) propionic acid, in a molar ratio of alkan-1, X-bis (decyldimethylammonium) bromide to the organic acid salt 2 : 1, at a temperature of at least 10 ° C, preferably 25 ° C, for at least 2 minutes, then the inorganic by-product is filtered off, after which the product is isolated and dried at a temperature of preferably 70 ° C. New bisammonium ionic liquids containing alkan-1, X-bis (decyldimethylammonium) cations and 2- (2,4-dichlorophenoxy) propionic anion are used as plant protection products.
