Abstract
Sposób otrzymywania granulatu do barwienia na kolor biały tworzyw termoplastycznych charakteryzuje się tym, że materiał w postaci granulatu termoplastycznego w ilości 30 do 50% wagowo podaje się do układu uplastyczniającego wytłaczarki dwuślimakowej do strefy transportującej, zaś jednocześnie do strefy transportującej dozuje się środek barwiący w postaci proszku o rozmiarze cząstek od 0,2 do 20 mikronów w ilości 20-60% wagowo. Substancję podaje się do strefy mieszająco-uplastyczniającej, która posiada temperaturę w zakresie 160-300°C, w której następuje uplastycznienie z jednoczesną homogenizacją mieszaniny w czasie od 1 do 10 sekund. Do mieszaniny podaje się środki barwiące na bazie substancji nieorganicznych o strukturze spineli, rutylu, anatazu oraz kompleksowych związków organicznych takich jak ftalocyjaniny, związki azowe zdyspergowane z dodatkiem substancji odbijającej promieniowanie podczerwone. W strefie dozowania następuje odgazowanie substancji lotnych w temperaturze 160-300°C, w czasie od 1 do 5 sekund, po czym poprzez pompę zębatą uplastycznioną mieszaninę podaje się do głowicy granulującej. Środek do otrzymywania granulatu do barwienia na kolor biały tworzyw termoplastycznych zawiera dwutlenek tytanu, tworzywo termoplastyczne, siarczan baru, tlenek cynku, rutyl tytanowo-glinowo-krzemowy, środki pomocnicze takie jak, stearynian cynku, stearynian wapnia, środki poślizgowe i inne środki pomocnicze.The method of obtaining granules for dyeing thermoplastics in white is characterized by the fact that the material in the form of thermoplastic granules in an amount of 30 to 50% by weight is fed to the plasticizing system of the twin screw extruder to the transport zone, while at the same time the colorant in the form of powder is dosed to the transport zone with a particle size of 0.2 to 20 microns in an amount of 20-60% by weight. The substance is fed to the mixing and plasticizing zone, which has a temperature in the range of 160-300 ° C, in which plasticizing occurs with simultaneous homogenization of the mixture for 1 to 10 seconds. Colorants based on inorganic substances with the structure of spinels, rutile, anatase and complex organic compounds such as phthalocyanines, azo compounds dispersed with the addition of infrared reflecting substances are added to the mixture. In the dosing zone, volatile substances are degassed at 160-300 ° C for 1 to 5 seconds, after which the mixture is fed to the granulating head via a plasticized gear pump. The agent for obtaining granules for dyeing in white thermoplastics contains titanium dioxide, thermoplastic, barium sulfate, zinc oxide, titanium aluminum silicon rutile, auxiliaries such as zinc stearate, calcium stearate, glidants and other auxiliaries.
