Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania ekstraktów roślinnych charakteryzujący się tym, że: a) rozdrabnia się materiał roślinny w homogenizatorze w wodzie demineralizowanej, przy czym stosunek wagowy materiału roślinnego do wody wynosi 0,1; b) maceruje się homogenat z etapu a) przez 24 godziny w zamkniętych ekstraktorach okresowych z płaszczem wodnym w temperaturze 20°C; c) frakcjonuje się i zagęszcza się ekstrakt z etapu b) z użyciem technik membranowych w następującej kolejności: filtruje się wstępnie zanieczyszczenia stałe i koloidy za pomocą filtrów o porowatości 20 µm, 5 µm i 0,3 µm przy natężeniu przepływu początkowym 700 l/h i końcowym 100 l/h przy ciśnieniu 0,5 MPa; permeat z filtracji wstępnej poddaje się ultrafiltracji za pomocą półprzepuszczalnych membran o porowatości 0,03 µm przy ciśnieniu 0,8 MPa; d) prowadzi się odwróconej osmozy roztworu uzyskanego w etapie c) przy początkowym natężeniu przepływu nadawy 200 l/h i końcowym 100 l/h oraz ciśnieniu 2,5 MPa.
