Abstract
Ujawniono sposób otrzymywania zasady wardenafilu, w bezwodnych warunkach, przez chlorosulfonowanie 2-(2-etoksy-fenylo)-5-metylo-7-propylo-3H-imidazo[5,1-f][1,2,4]triazyn-4-onu w mieszaninie chlorku tionylu i kwasu chlorosulfonowego, a następnie amidowanie powstałego chlorku kwasu 4-etoksy-3-(5-metylo-4-okso-7-propylo-3,4-dihydroimidazo[5,1-f][1,2,4]-triazyn-2-ylo)benzeno-sulfonowego N-etylopiperazyną, w rozpuszczalniku aprotycznym, w obecności nieorganicznej zasady oraz sposób przeprowadzania otrzymanej zasady wardenafilu w trójwodzian monochlorowodorku wardenafilu o temperaturze topnienia 234°C przez kontaktowanie z wodą bezwodnej modyfikacji V monochlorowodorku wardenafilu w rozpuszczalniku organicznym. Przedmiotem wynalazku jest również bezwodna modyfikacja V monochlorowodorku wardenafilu oraz jej zastosowanie do otrzymywania trójwodzianu monochlorowodorku wardenafilu o temperaturze topnienia 234°C.
