Abstract
Separator paliwa przeznaczony do zróżnicowania koncentracji pyłu w mieszaninie pyłowo - powietrznej w niskoemisyjnych kotłach energetycznych dużej mocy powyżej 600 MW, zawiera kanał główny (KP) pyłomieszaniny połączony z wylotem młyna wentylatorowego (MW) złożony z dwu połączonych trwale pod kątem 90° kanałowego odcinka pionowego (KPA) i kanałowego odcinka pionowego (KPB) wewnątrz którego znajduje się płaska przegroda (P) złożona z połączonych pod kątem 90° odcinka poziomego z materiału litego i odcinka pionowego z ażurem w postaci jednakowych otworów w kształcie prostokątów ułożonych w pionowych rzędach. Przegroda (P) dzieli kanał główny (KP) pyłomieszaniny na kanał dolny (KD) i kanał górny (KG) pod którym usytuowana jest kaskada kierownic płytowych (K1), (K2), (K3) tworzących ze ścianą pionowego odcinka kanałowego (KPA) α od 20° - 40°, oddalonych ponadto od płaszczyzny ściany pionowego odcinka kanałowego (KPA) w odległościach (L1), (L2), (L3) rosnących w górę kaskady zapewniających stopień pokrycia 1,05 - 1,2. Ponadto odległość (L6) dolnej krawędzi ażurowego odcinka przegrody (PA) od płaszczyzny ostatniej w kaskadzie kierownicy płytowej (K3) jest równa odległości (L4) między kolejnymi kierownicami płytowymi (K1), (K2), (K3) kaskady i stanowi 0,55 - 0,75 szerokości (L5) pionowego odcinka kanałowego.A fuel separator designed to differentiate dust concentration in a dust-air mixture in low-emission power boilers with a capacity exceeding 600 MW, comprises a main duct (KP) for the dust mixture connected to the outlet of a fan mill (MW) consisting of two vertical duct sections (KPA) permanently connected at an angle of 90° and a vertical duct section (KPB) inside which there is a flat partition (P) consisting of a horizontal section made of solid material connected at an angle of 90° and a vertical section with an openwork pattern in the form of identical rectangular holes arranged in vertical rows. The partition (P) divides the main channel (KP) of the dust mixture into a lower channel (KD) and an upper channel (KG) under which a cascade of plate guide vanes (K1), (K2), (K3) is located, forming with the wall of the vertical channel section (KPA) α from 20° - 40°, further spaced from the plane of the wall of the vertical channel section (KPA) at distances (L1), (L2), (L3) increasing up the cascade, ensuring a degree of coverage of 1.05 - 1.2. In addition, the distance (L6) of the lower edge of the openwork section of the partition (PA) from the plane of the last plate guide vane in the cascade (K3) is equal to the distance (L4) between subsequent plate guide vanes (K1), (K2), (K3) of the cascade and is 0.55 - 0.75 of the width (L5) of the vertical channel section.
