Abstract
Wynalazek ujawnia lipidowe nanocząstki stabilizowane niejonowymi surfaktantami o wzorze ogólnym 1, przy czym długość prostego nasyconego łańcucha węglowodorowego R wynosi od 9 do 15 atomów węgla, znajdującymi zastosowanie w formulacjach farmaceutycznych i kosmetycznych jako nośniki hydrofobowych substancji aktywnych. Przedmiotem wynalazku jest także sposób wytwarzania lipidowych nanocząstek charakteryzujący się tym, że w pierwszym etapie przygotowuje się fazę wodną stanowiącą mieszaninę surfaktantu o wzorze ogólnym 1 w ilości 0.5 do 5% wag. z wodą, po czym całość podgrzewa się do temperatury w zakresie 65-75°C, i przygotowuje się fazę olejową stanowiącą ciekły lipid w stężeniu od 0 do 7% i stopiony stały lipid o stężeniu od 4 do 14% wagowych całości mieszaniny. W drugim etapie miesza się fazę wodną z fazą olejową, a następnie poddaje działaniu ultradźwięków i otrzymuje opalizującą lub mleczną, termodynamicznie stabilną zawiesinę stałych nanocząstek lipidowych lub nanostrukturalnych nośników lipidowych.The invention discloses lipid nanoparticles stabilized by nonionic surfactants of general formula 1, wherein the straight saturated hydrocarbon chain length R is from 9 to 15 carbon atoms, which are used in pharmaceutical and cosmetic formulations as carriers of hydrophobic active substances. The invention also relates to a process for producing lipid nanoparticles characterized in that in the first stage an aqueous phase is prepared consisting of a surfactant mixture of general formula 1 in an amount of 0.5 to 5 wt. with water, then the whole is heated to a temperature in the range of 65-75 ° C, and an oil phase consisting of a liquid lipid at a concentration of 0 to 7% and a molten solid lipid at a concentration of 4 to 14% by weight of the total mixture are prepared. In the second stage, the aqueous phase is mixed with the oil phase and then subjected to ultrasound to obtain an opalescent or milky, thermodynamically stable suspension of solid lipid nanoparticles or nanostructured lipid carriers.
