Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest formulacja nanostrukturalnych nośników lipidowych, która zawiera: - od 1% wag. do 5% wag. oleju z pestek czarnej porzeczki pozyskanego przez ekstrakcję pestek nadkrytycznym CO2; - od 5% wag. do 15% wag. modyfikowanego wosku pszczelego; - od 2% wag. do 5% wag. hydrofilowego niejonowego emulgatora z grupy alkilopoliglukozydów; - wodę dejonizowaną w uzupełnieniu do 100% wag. Formulację nanostrukturalnych nośników lipidowych wytwarza się sposobem, który obejmuje następujące etapy: a) podgrzanie fazy olejowej, zawierającej olej z pestek czarnej porzeczki - ciekły lipid i modyfikowany wosk pszczeli - stały lipid, do temperatury o 5°C - 10°C wyższej od temperatury topnienia stałego lipidu; b) podgrzanie fazy wodnej, to jest mieszaniny emulgatora i wody do temperatury o 5°C - 10°C wyższej od temperatury topnienia stałego lipidu; c) wlanie fazy olejowej do fazy wodnej i zdyspergowanie mieszaniny; d) homogenizowanie uzyskanej w punkcie c) pre - emulsji; e) stopniowe chłodzenie uzyskanej formulacji do temperatury pokojowej. Korzystnie homogenizowanie uzyskanej w punkcie c) pre - emulsji prowadzi się metodą ultrasonifikacji.The present invention relates to a formulation of nanostructured lipid carriers which contains: from 1 wt. up to 5 wt. blackcurrant seed oil obtained by extraction with supercritical CO2; - from 5% by weight up to 15 wt. modified beeswax; - from 2% by weight up to 5 wt. a hydrophilic nonionic emulsifier from the group of alkyl polyglucosides; - deionized water in addition to 100% by weight The formulation of nanostructured lipid carriers is prepared by a process that includes the following steps: a) heating the oil phase containing blackcurrant seed oil - liquid lipid and modified beeswax - solid lipid, to a temperature 5 ° C - 10 ° C higher than the melting point solid lipid; b) heating the aqueous phase, i.e. the mixture of the emulsifier and water to a temperature 5 ° C - 10 ° C higher than the melting point of the solid lipid; c) pouring the oil phase into the aqueous phase and dispersing the mixture; d) homogenizing the pre-emulsion obtained in c); e) gradual cooling of the resulting formulation to room temperature. Preferably, the homogenization of the pre-emulsion obtained in c) is carried out by ultrasonication.
