Abstract
Sposób otrzymywania biopaliwa z zastosowaniem etanolu lub innych alkoholi poprzez konwersję etanolu czystego lub w mieszaninie do węglowodorów, w procesie katalitycznym na złożu glinokrzemianu typu zeolitu najkorzystniej w obecności wodorowej postaci katalizatora zeolitowego, charakteryzuje się tym, że etanol zwłaszcza pochodzący z fermentacji alkoholowej, o stężeniu co najmniej 10% wag, lub mieszaninę etanolu z innymi alkoholami o zawartości atomów węgla w cząsteczce korzystnie nie większej jak C5, przed procesem konwersji katalitycznej miesza się z gazem rozcieńczającym zawierającym węglowodory lub substancje nieutleniające i proces konwersji prowadzi się w fazie gazowej w temperaturze 250 - 450°C, korzystnie w temperaturze 270 - 350°C i pod ciśnieniem do 50 bar z zastosowaniem co najmniej dwóch korzystnie czterech szeregowo połączonych reaktorów przepływowych z wymiennikami ciepła. Po czym w temperaturze do 100°C korzystnie w temperaturze 30 - 80°C i przy ciśnieniu do 20 bar, z produktu reakcji wyodrębnia się frakcję właściwą, zaś pozostałość w całości lub w części korzystnie zawraca się do rozcieńczenia surowca zawierającego alkohol. Przedmiotem rozwiązania jest także biopaliwo stanowiące frakcję benzynową węglowodorów syntetycznych o temperaturze wrzenia do 210°C i zawartości węglowodorów aromatycznych do 35%obj. wyodrębnioną z produktu konwersji etanolu, zwłaszcza pochodzącego z fermentacji alkoholowej lub mieszaniny etanolu z innymi alkoholami, prowadzonej w obecności węglowodorów lub innych substancji nieutleniających, przy czym zawartość siarki oraz metali, w tym ołowiu jest na poziomie 0, a benzen występuje w ilości mniejszej niż 0,2% v/v i etanol w ilości mniejszej niż 0,17 % v/v.
