Abstract
Wiatrak o pionowej osi obrotu (1) jest wyposażony w co najmniej trzy skrzydła (2) i taką samą ilość ruchomych łopat (4). The movable blades (4) change their position relative to the wings (2) due to wind energy, making two turns.
