Wiązanie podwójne substratu redukuje się za pomocą systemu enzymatycznego szczepu bakterii z rodzaju Rhodococcus.The subject of the invention is a process for the production of 4-chloro-α, ß-dihydrochalcone, formula II, by microbial transformation, in which 4-chlorochalcone, formula 1 is used as the substrate. The double bond of the substrate is reduced by means of an enzyme system of a bacterial strain from Rhodococcus genus.
