Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest komponent modyfikujący asfaltowe lepiszcza ponaftowe dla uzyskania ich optymalnych parametrów użytkowych, z przeznaczeniem do produkcji nawierzchni drogowych, materiałów hydroizolacyjnych, takich jak, papy lub folie z polimerów oraz sposób modyfikacji tych lepiszczy z użyciem przedmiotowego modyfikatora. Modyfikator asfaltów drogowych charakteryzuje się tym, że stanowi go komponent składający się ze spęczniałego, rozdrobnionego recyklatu gumy oraz kopolimeru blokowego styren-butadien-styren w postaci żelu oraz donoru siarkowego, przy czym czynnikiem spęczniającym i żelującym są parafiny, jako wysokowrzące węglowodory alifatyczne. Modyfikacja asfaltowego lepiszcza polega na dodawaniu, w trakcie mieszania i utrzymywania podwyższonej temperatury reakcji, modyfikatora i po czasie niezbędnym do zdewulkanizowania gumy oraz całkowitego ukształtowania jednolitej struktury lepiszcza, produkt kondycjonuje się przez kilkanaście godzin.The subject of the invention is a component modifying asphalt petroleum binders to obtain their optimal performance, intended for the production of road surfaces, waterproofing materials such as roofing felt or polymer films, and a method of modifying these binders using the subject modifier. The road bitumen modifier is characterized by the fact that it is a component consisting of swollen, crushed rubber recyclate and a styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer in the form of a gel and a sulfur donor, with the swelling and gelling agent being paraffins as high-boiling aliphatic hydrocarbons. The modification of the asphalt binder consists in adding, during mixing and maintaining an elevated reaction temperature, a modifier and after the time necessary to de-vulcanize the rubber and completely forming the uniform structure of the binder, the product is conditioned for several hours.
