Abstract
Przedstawiono sposób wytwarzania związku (I): gdzie X niezależnie oznacza fluorowiec lub fluorowcoalkil, i występuje dwukrotnie, korzystnie w pozycji 3 i 5 pierścienia pirydyny, i co najmniej jeden z X oznacza fluorowcoalkil; Y niezależnie oznacza fluorowiec, alkil, fluorowcoalkil, alkoksyl, grupę aminową, alkilotio, cyjanową, estrową, hydroksylową, benzyl, fluorowcoalkoksyl, fluorowcosulfonyl, alkilosulfonoamid, grupę nitrową, lub alkilosulfonyl, i występuje 1, 2, 3 albo 4 razy w pierścieniu benzenu, przy czym alkil sam lub w kombinacji zawiera 1 do 10 atomów węgla; który obejmuje: - etap pierwszy selektywnego podstawienia w pozycji 2, związku (1a):* albo z grupą alkilocyjanooctanu typu (NC-CH2-CO2Alk) z wytworzeniem związku (Ib), który poddaje się dezalkiloksykarboksylowaniu, zgodnie z reakcją Krapcho, z wytworzeniem związku (Ic):* albo z acetonitrylem, z bezpośrednim wytworzeniem związku (Ic): - etap drugi, w którym poddaje się redukcji związek o wzorze (Ic) z wytworzeniem pirydyloetanoaminy o wzorze (Id), lub jej odpowiedniej soli amoniowej, - etap trzeci, w którym przekształca się związek (Id) w związek o wzorze (I) przez poddawanie reakcji z halogenkiem benzoilu.
