Abstract

Ujawniono sposób ekstrakcji polifenoli z materiału roślinnego, który obejmuje następujące etapy: a) materiał roślinny poddaje się ekstrakcji roztworem ekstrakcyjnym składającym się z buforu oraz poliolu przez 1 - 360 minut; b) od surowego ekstraktu oddziela się substancje stałe; c) surowy ekstrakt lub sok uzyskany z materiału roślinnego nanosi się na kolumnę wypełnioną złożem chromatograficznym, na którym następuje zaadsorbowanie polifenoli, a następnie spłukuje się niezaadsorbowane substancje balastowe za pomocą wody; d) zaadsorbowaną na złożu chromatograficznym frakcję polifenoli eluuje się wodnym roztworem rozpuszczalnika organicznego; e) z uzyskanego oczyszczonego ekstraktu usuwa się rozpuszczalnik. Ponadto przedmiotem wynalazku jest ekstrakt z materiału roślinnego otrzymany nowym sposobem oraz jego zastosowanie.
