Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un proceso para la recuperación de uno o más glicósidos de esteviol a partir de un caldo de fermentación que contiene glicósido de esteviol, cuyo método comprende (a) proporcionar un caldo de fermentación que comprende uno o más glicósidos de esteviol y uno o más componentes que no son glicósido de esteviol; (b) separar la fase líquida del caldo de la fase sólida del caldo; (c) proporcionar una resma adsorbente; (d) poner en contacto la fase líquida del caldo con la resma adsorbente con el fin de separar al menos una porción de los uno o más glicósidos de esteviol de los componentes que no son glicósido de esteviol, para de ese modo recuperar uno o más glicósidos de esteviol a partir del caldo de fermentación que contiene uno o más glicósidos de esteviol. La invención también se refiere a una composición de glicósido de esteviol purificada preparada utilizando un proceso de este tipo.
