Abstract

Ujawniono nawóz, który zawiera co najmniej 30% wagowych skrobi naturalnej i/lub modyfikowanej, od 1 do 70% nawozu mineralnego w postaci NPK i/lub Ca albo nawozu organicznego. Sposób polega na tym, że mieszankę składającą się ze skrobi naturalnej i/lub modyfikowanej, stanowiącej co najmniej 30% wagowych mieszanki i nawozu mineralnego i/lub organicznego w ilości od 1 do 70% wagowych, nawilgaca się do zawartości wody od 17 do 30%, kondycjonuje się minimum 12 godzin, korzystnie 24 godziny. Następnie mieszankę poddaje procesowi ekstruzji przy obrotach podajnika od 10 do 120 obr/min., stopniu sprężenia ślimaka od 1:1 do 4:1; obrotach ślimaka 80 do 200 obr/min., obrotach noża granulatora od 100 do 250 obr/min., średnicy dyszy w zakresie od 2 do 10 mm, w temperaturze pierwszej strefy ekstrudera od 40 do 160°C, środkowej strefy ekstrudera od 50 do 180°C oraz końcowej strefy od 60 do 200°C.A fertilizer is disclosed which contains at least 30% by weight of natural and / or modified starch, from 1 to 70% of mineral fertilizer in the form of NPK and / or Ca or organic fertilizer.
