Abstract
Sposób epoksydacji limonenu za pomocą 60% roztworu nadlenku wodoru, w obecności katalizatora tytanowo-silikalitowego TS-1 oraz rozpuszczalnika, charakteryzuje się tym, że katalizator tytanowo-silikalitowy TS-1 stosuje się w ilości 4-8% wagowych w mieszaninie reakcyjnej, przy czym proces epoksydacji prowadzi przy stosunku molowym limonen/utleniacz od 1:1 do 5:1, w czasie reakcji od 2 do 11 dni. Proces epoksydacji limonenu prowadzi się w obecności metanolu jako rozpuszczalnika i stosuje się jego stężenie w mieszanie reakcyjnej od 85% wagowych do 95% wagowych, w temperaturze 0-140°C, pod ciśnieniem atmosferycznym.The method of epoxidation of limonene with a 60% hydrogen peroxide solution in the presence of a TS-1 titanium silicalite catalyst and solvent is characterized by the fact that the TS-1 titanium silicalite catalyst is used in an amount of 4-8% by weight in the reaction mixture, wherein the epoxidation process is carried out at a molar ratio of limonene / oxidant from 1: 1 to 5: 1, during the reaction time from 2 to 11 days. The limonene epoxidation process is carried out in the presence of methanol as a solvent and its concentration is used in reaction stirring from 85% by weight to 95% by weight, at a temperature of 0-140 ° C, at atmospheric pressure.
