Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest nowy szczep Lactobacillus plantarum o właściwościach probiotycznych, zdolny do korzystnego wpływania na funkcjonowanie komórek błony śluzowej jelita w kierunku jej uszczelniania i wygaszania stanów zapalnych. Nowy szczep Lactobacillus plantarum oznaczony symbolem PL4 został zdeponowany, zgodnie z traktatem budapeszteńskim o międzynarodowym uznawaniu depozytu drobnoustrojów dla celów postępowania patentowego, w Polskiej Kolekcji Mikroorganizmów (PCM) w Instytucie Immunologii i Terapii Doświadczalnej Polskiej Akademii Nauk we Wrocławiu w dniu 18 listopada 2015 pod numerem B/00104.
