Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest nowy szczep Lactobacillus plantarum oznaczony symbolem PL8 zdeponowany, zgodnie z traktatem budapeszteńskim o międzynarodowym uznawaniu depozytu drobnoustrojów dla celów postępowania patentowego, w Polskiej Kolekcji Mikroorganizmów (PCM) w Instytucie Immunologii i Terapii Doświadczalnej Polskiej Akademii Nauk we Wrocławiu w dniu 03 lutego 2022 roku pod numerem B/00372 i jego zastosowanie do wytwarzania produktów spożywczych.
