Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest drobnokruszywowy kompozyt mineralny zbrojony włóknami rozproszonymi, który w proporcjach wagowych zawiera cement w ilości 16,57 - 20,25%, piasek odpadowy z procesu hydroklasyfikacji o wielkości ziaren w zakresie 0,001 - 4 mm w ilości 61,93 - 75,70%, pyły krzemionkowe w ilości 0,83 - 1,01%, superplastyfikator w ilości 0,66 - 0,81%, włókna stalowe o długości 45 - 55 mm i średnicy 0,72 -0,88 mm w ilości 3,69 - 4,51% oraz wodę w ilości 6,31 - 7,71%.The subject of the application is a fine-aggregate mineral composite reinforced with dispersed fibers, which in weight proportions contains cement in the amount of 16.57 - 20.25%, waste sand from the hydroclassification process with grain sizes in the range of 0.001 - 4 mm in the amount of 61.93 - 75.70 %, silica dust in the amount of 0.83 - 1.01%, superplasticizer in the amount of 0.66 - 0.81%, steel fibers 45 - 55 mm long and 0.72 - 0.88 mm in diameter in the amount of 3.69 - 4.51% and water in the amount of 6.31 - 7.71%.
